At Eonni Collection, we are committed to providing quality products and a smooth shopping experience. To ensure fairness for all customers, please review the following policy.

2. Unboxing Requirement / 开箱视频要求（必须）

A full, clear, and unedited unboxing video is required upon receiving your parcel.
The video must start from the sealed package and clearly show the item(s) and any issue.

This video is required for any after-sales request.

在收到包裹时，必须录制完整、清晰且未剪辑的开箱视频。
视频需从未拆封包裹开始，并清楚展示商品及任何问题。

该视频为所有售后处理的必要依据。

3. Claims & Support / 售后申诉

All items are inspected before shipping.

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.
  • Claims will only be processed with a valid unboxing video.

所有商品在发货前均已检查。

  • 若收到瑕疵或错误商品，请在 48小时内 联系我们。
  • 所有申诉仅在提供有效开箱视频的情况下处理。

4. Returns & Exchanges / 退换政策

Returns or exchanges are only applicable for defective items or incorrect shipments.
Items must be unworn and unwashed.

All approved cases are eligible for a one-time exchange of the same item only.
Refunds are not provided.

If the requested item is out of stock, it will be replaced with store credit of equivalent value.

We reserve the right to assess and determine the eligibility for all requests.

仅限瑕疵商品或发错商品可申请退换。
商品需保持未穿戴及未清洗状态。

所有符合条件的订单仅提供一次相同商品更换。
恕不提供退款。

如遇商品缺货，将以等值店铺积分（store credit）替代。

所有申请将由本店审核并决定是否符合条件。

5. Product Clarification / 商品说明

The following situations are not considered defects:

  • Slight color differences due to lighting or display settings
  • Minor finishing details (e.g., loose threads or buttons)
  • Small or faint marks that do not affect overall appearance
  • Measurement variations of 1–3 cm

These cases do not qualify for return or exchange.

以下情况不视为瑕疵：

  • 因灯光或显示设备造成的轻微色差
  • 轻微细节问题（如线头、纽扣松动）
  • 不影响整体外观的细小痕迹（如浅色衣物小黑点）
  • 1–3cm 尺寸误差

以上情况不符合退换条件。

6. Sizing / 尺寸说明

Please ensure all measurements are checked before placing your order.
Returns or exchanges are not accepted due to sizing issues.

请在下单前确认尺寸。
因尺寸问题恕不接受退换。

7. Sale Items / 折扣商品

All sale or promotional items are final and are not eligible for return or exchange.

所有折扣或促销商品为最终销售，恕不退换。

8. Final Decision / 最终说明

Eonni Collection reserves the right to make the final decision on all after-sales matters.
